Notary Services (State-Regulated Fees)

Acknowledgment / Jurat – $10 per signature 

Verification of identity and acknowledgment of signing documents such as affidavits and contracts.

Oath / Affirmation – $10 per person Administering sworn statements or affirmations. 

Electronic Notarization (IPEN) – $15 per signature Secure in-person electronic notarization. 

Mobile & Travel Services 

1. Within 10 miles – $25 

2. 10–20 miles – $35 

3. 20–30 miles – $50

Service Packages 

Standard Appointment – $85 Includes travel and up to 5 notarized signatures (1-hour appointment)

Specialty Mobile Visits – $150 Extended appointments for hospitals, nursing homes, or complex situations. 

Real Estate & Loan Signings $100 – $175 (varies by package) 

Buyer/Seller packages, refinances, and HELOC signings handled professionally. 

Additional Fees 

1 After-hours (after 6 PM): +$25 

2 Weekend appointments: +$25–$50 

3 Rush / same-day service: +$50
